OVERVIEW

The Biomedical Interactive Technology Center (BITC) is an applied research center at the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on interactive communication and computer applications in medicine. BITC is also an Operating Research Center within the Georgia Centers for Advanced Telecommunications Technology (GCATT) and a key partner in the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Mobile Wireless Technologies for Persons with Disabilities.  BITC's Research programs include telemedicine, medical visualization and simulation, wireless applications for rehabilitation, and advanced medical devices.
